Try reading the post under her photos. The poster is just making a point that plastic surgery has done some-BODY good and wants to know aside from the obvious procedures, what else she has had done. Lips, nose and boobs are obvious. Cheek fillers and either a botox brow lift, or an upper blepharoplasty. Her eyelids were heavy before and now they look open and give her a more almond shaped eye. She definitely looks great post surgery, but she also definitely looks like Heidi Montag. Not sure if that’s such a good thing, but pretty anyways.
