The Lakers Are Still The Team In Los Angeles

THE DIRTY ARMY:  Nik, I know all these douchebags are jumping on the Clippers bandwagon but obviously they don’t watch the game of basketball or they would easily see how the Lakers are coming together and starting to dominate.  Yes Kobe has lost a step, but he will pull up and drain one in yo mamas face son.  Lakers for life, all you sorry idiots on the Clippers Greg, ill be waiting for you in the playoffs.

Lob City doesn’t win championships… if I wanted to waste money to see a basketball circus I would just buy court side seats to the Harlem Globetrotters.- nik

L.A. has been and always be a LAKER town, leaving the Clippers relegated to our local J.V. squad and Kobe Bean is one of the greatest the game has ever seen. That being said, as a life long basketball fan I recognize there is something different this year. The Lakers are in a transitional period with a bunch of role players and Bryand & Bynum. The triangle is gone and with no reliable point gaurd this offense is not effective.
On the flip side, as the Clippers have wallowed in decades-long futility this team is different. They are loaded with experienced all star caliber players, and athletic and exciting front court and they have knock down shooters all over the perimeter. Most of all they now have one of the best trigger men in the game in CP3 (I hate that nickname BTW). This man runs the offense with near perfection and no single man on the court has to take on too much. Also, Clippers teams of the past were amongst the worst on the road and this team has already shown this season that they can beat top notch teams in the other teams building. That shows me a lot. This season is different. This team is scary good and they haven’t even begun to realize their full potention yet. This will forever be a Laker town but for AT LEAST this season, the Clippers are the team to beat.
