I mean she’s ugly but, there’s not a lot of photoshop used. Pics still look the same. Not like she’s changing her appearance.
It’s professional retouching and adjusted brightening for contrast. Plus they also blot out the blemishes, whiten the eyes and teeth, and even up the skin tone. Which is what was done here. Her features weren’t altered. All professional photographers do this for portraits.
