THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, Roseville Fire Inspector Thomas Dodaro was fired for violating the cities no drug use policy. The fire inspector was performing various duties while under the influence of methamphetamine, such a public information officer, inspection of fire sprinkler systems for apartments and businesses throughout the placer county region in the city of Roseville. His behavior has caused the city revenues due the fact that inspections have to be redone because his work cannot be trusted and his bosses were covering for him for a long time.
