i have worked in cosmetics for many years, it looks like she may have just a bit of bottoming out but chances are her areolas were in a similar position to begin with. You can tell by the positioning of the implants, her areolas are pretty symmetrical as far as being centered with the implant itself. A little suturing below the muscle of the left implant will even them out slightly but she wont ever have perfect symmetry.
