BTW if you really want to do something good for yourself…get up at 7:15 am eat …then at 8:15 go run for 30 mins straight…then shadow box for ten mins to get those flabby arms tight. then some basic exercises… at lunch do 5 mins of jump rope after you eat… at 4 hit the gym (abs/cardio/light weights cause your a girl) for an hour….do this for 12 – 16 weeks or do p90x and do this 4-5 times a week and also walk 45 mins after dinner n bam give me a call (in 16 weeks)

Whoa normal people have jobs I can see eating healthy and working out before and or after work, but if u have that much time to work out u are either super rich and can afford not to work, or u live off your parents. NORMAL PEOPLE WORK AT LEAST 8 HRS A DAY!! most of America fits into that category. I would rather have money to pay my rent than to quit working so that I can work on my ‘bod’. Be realistic people.
