THE DIRTY ARMY: Hey Nik, remember back in Jan when you had a post about Robert DeZarn (Also See) beating his son and now the child has brain damage, well I would like to clarify what is really going on and what really happened. For starters the person that originally posted the artical really didnt know much. She was barely around them or the child and was always running her mouth starting drama for jenee and Robby, but the FACTS are THE MOTHER Jenee Carr from Fairfield, Ohio is the one who abused her child. Jenee just had her sentencing yesterday and plead GUILTY to child endangering. She got 6 years and 3 years parole. Robby has not been charged with anything. So for everyone who wanted to talk shit about JUST Robby needs to really look at the facts. Xander is now in a foster home with a loving fami9ly. The lady speacializes in head trauma. He has anywhere from 7-20 seizures a day, he cant eat by himself, talk, walk ,and will NEVER have a shot at life. We also just found out his is blind. The mother had already admitted to whipping, smacking, and biting the baby but the doctors think she smothered the baby to get him quiet and asleep. Xander will be 1 in August and will not get to experience his first birthday or any part of life. He will continue to suffer. This is a super horrible and sad story. jenee had family ALL around that was willing to help with the baby at a drop of a dime. There was NO reason for this. She blamed it on depression, oh BS. And to top things off while in court she came out to take a seat and she was smiling and laughing, then the judge after reading her charges asked if she had anything to say and her response was NO? Really? Then the judge looked at her and said really you have nothing to say? Then she decided to say well I mean I am sorry and I can just hope to continue on with my therapy and hope it makes me better? Yeah some white trash she is huh? Also I wanted to say the person who originally posted this comment talked shit about all Robby’s tattoos but Jenee has the same type of shit ALL over her body, and she was also a stripper when she didnt even need to be cause she has a rich mommy and daddy who pay ALL her bills, buy her cars, give her grocery money, but look what happens when you 100% spoil your child they end up not caring about anyone but themselves.

She needs to be in prison for life. She has taken the life of her baby, so her life needs taken.
Women like this typically get beaten severely in jail by other women inmates because Molesters and Beaters are not well thought of. She better hope that she can keep it hidden on why she is there or she will wish she were dead. Have a nice life or rather what little is left of it now.

Why is the baby being cared for by someone else? If he is such a stand-up guy why did he pass his child off to foster care? His child isn’t healthy so he can’t be bothered???? Sad story all around, he was hurt by his mother then abandoned by his father. Does he at least visit his son?? I bet he doesn’t, does he??
No one said he is a stnad up guy just said he is not the ONLY to blame, no one knows what or if he played a part in the abuse just wanted things in the open of what the mother had admitted to.

He is in jail for not paying fines from a crime in his past. so he can’t raise the baby that’s why a foster family has it.

I have 2 beautiful little girls who sometimes aggravate me to death! That’s when you walk outside and take a breather… its call being a parent, its not supposed to be easy. This story makes me so so sad. To think that someone could hurt an innocent little child breaks my heart iin a million pieces . This child will suffer for the rest of his precious life and she will walk out of prison in a few years…. justice was definitely NOT served. What is wrong with our court system?? No physical harm done to her will ever change what she has done to her child. She deserves LIFE in prison! ! I have so much respect for the family fostering this child. GOD BLESS YOU. & as for this mother, I believe her punishment will come on judgment day!!!

Who was with these people no one saw that infant with bite marks and bruises there is more to this store just some people are getting away with it, and standing by makes you just as guilty! But I figure karma does come around! And that baby is much better off with a foster parent than ANYONE in that family!

the women who adopted xander also adopted her because they were both in jail at the time of her birth so they cant get custody but they can get visiting privileges as long as their P.Os approve it. heard it straight from Xanders case worker.

Actually, ROBERT DEZARN did. Jenee was FORCED INTO CONFESSING because Robbie threatened to kill her. Robbie is currently in jail on an assualt charge and because of where I work, I do know that the prosecutor is waiting for that 1 1/2 year sentence to run up and then prosecute Robbie on these new charges so he will spend a longer time in jail. But Robbie’s white trash family knows nothing about this (well they do know).
As for Jenee, she is getting therapy for the abuse she received, is in two different bible studies, is in the dog program training dogs, learning sign language, taking college classes, etc. Even though she didn’t do this to poor baby Xander, being in jail is good for her because she can heal from the abuse Robbie did to her. It’s a sad situation. Also, Robbie forced Jenee to have another baby (before they were arrested) and that baby is healthy because she’s away from the crazy ass Dezarn family.
Jenee’s mother and friend were in court and they told me that she looked VERY sad. She was NOT laughing and smiling. Again, more lies from white trash.
