Don’t let your beloved get implants if her ONLY option is saline. In the U.S. you have to be 22 to get silicone. I personally have Naturale Brand gummy bear silicone implants, under the muscles, and since they are so soft and realistic feeling, along with my pectoral muscle and original boob over it, even FEMALES can’t tell I’ve had them done. My scar is in the crease of my underboob and completely hidden, and no, the scars are not double the length because the implant is prefilled-it’s exactly two inches long 6 months later. They bounce and I have NO refund gap at all! If she gets saline you will see the ripples on the side when you do doggy-style, and you can FEEL the actual nozzle on the implant where they fill it up. If she has to get advice from thedirty.com on what type of implants or what doctor she should go to, then she isn’t ready to have this procedure done. I hope this was your doing & not hers. Unless you plan on spending the rest of your life with this girl who is under the age of 21, why even put her personal choice for plastic surgery out there?
