THE DIRTY ARMY: Hey Nik. So I got a nose job a few years ago, not just because my nose was gross but because it had been broken and I had a deviated septum. Now I’m 23 and my boobs are starting to sag a bit. I want to get +2s, a modest set because I’m already a D cup, but the problem is that every boyfriend I’ve told this to tells me not to do it, it’s gross, he’ll leave me. I don’t get it! Oh yea a deviated septum of course, thats everybodys excuse for a nose job. Guys dont like them because theyre fake and gross. Its not like a boob job increases breast tissue, its a bag filled with liquid. All i think when i see fake breasts is “there are balloons in her”. And the scars are nasty. Trust me if you could increase the natural breeast tissue more guys would like it.

Her big breast implants make her look heavier then what she really is. If she didn’t have the implants you would notice how thin she really is . She’s a low weight

If the size is already good, you should think about going for a lift instead of augmentation. That will cover the sag problem without making you look ridiculous. If you’re already a D – adding more will likely make you look retarded.
I think you look fine you dont need big ass tits to get a man they are right dont get them done what makes you hot is whats on the inside. And your tits are not sagging at 23 bullshit.
You will probably have to do a lift and implants. I don’t recommend doing them at the same time though. Do one first, then 6-12 months later do the other. I had the same exact problem as you do, and I got implants a few months ago. I will be going back to get a lift soon, although I do like the way my implants turned out. Go on as many consultations as you can. Also, who cares what these guys think. At the end of the day you’re the one that has to look at yourself in the mirror, so do what makes you happy.
