You know what I hate about living in Canada?
As per the CRTC – English-language and French-language stations must ensure that at least 35% of the Popular Music they broadcast each week is Canadian content.
Commercial radio stations also have to ensure that at least 35% of the Popular Music broadcast between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday is Canadian content.
That is THE only reason she got a record deal and the ONLY reason she is on the radio. I can’t stand her music or looking at her. Her voice is TERRIBLE and annoying. In fact, I don’t know ONE person that’s ever said “Oh I just love this song! I can’t wait to go to her concert”.
