For those looking for him, it’s actually really easy to find. If he’s appeared in court there is a record of all his appearances. You need to fax the court house (doesn’t matter which one) with the person’s full name & date of birth and request the copies of information. This will give you the details of who his surety is and where they are living (if they are out on bail). The other thing you can request is the recognizance of bail. It will take approx 6 weeks for the documents to be mailed to you.
Also you can call any courthouse and ask for this losers next appearance date and then show up.
Whatever goes through the courts becomes public record and EVERYONE has access to this information.
That’s not true. If he is a witness to a murder and there is risk of him being harmed; they are not going to just give out his information to anyone.
