* Penn State has been fined $60 million
* 4 year bowl ban
* Vacated wins from 1998-2011
* 20 total/10 annual scholarship reduction for 4 yrs
* Any entering or returning players can transfer without penalty

With Mark Emmert and the NCAA stripping away Penn State wins from 1998-2011 from Joe Paterno (111 victories) he tumbles way down the list and is now left with 298 wins. That leaves Grambling’s Eddie Robinson (now deceased) as No. 1 in major college football (408 wins), followed by Bobby Bowden (377) and Bear Bryant (323).
seriously? i would say for the hurt and punishment they have already caused (remember JOPA is dead) I would say these people have suffered enough. Your taking money out of kids hands who would like to go to Penn State and completely destroying the whole college over a handful of men in authority. The fine im ok with…the wins getting taken away and about 70 scholarships taken away..sorry this was more then a love slap.
The wins getting taken away was the most necessary thing they did. How can a man so lacking in character, morality and a spine to speak up about the truth be allowed to keep wins from such a dark and horrific era?
