Act of God; a term used to describe an act without any human control; a flood, tornado, hurricane. These lights were hung and installed by humans, no? Clearly the install was faulty, investigate into the installer / contractor. All of my own personal opinion. Act personally.

Comprehensive covers all acts of god damage. Shit my insurance covers my car if its get hit by a fcking missle and this moron says his wont be covered because a light fell on his car. If you don’t have comprehensive coverage, you should just go ahead and burn all your money.
1. There are 2 white Ferrari’s parked next to each other. So I doubt that is actually yours.
2. Yeah, sue the owner of the parking structure your car is parked in. Sue your insurance company too. If you can buy a Ferrari you have an attorney that can handle this for you.
3. Until they settle, take it to the Ferrari dealership and let them handle getting it fixed. Write a check for it. You’ll get the money back, plus attorney’s fees when your insurance and the building owner’s insurance pay up.
4. But since it’s not your car, I guess some common sense advice won’t help you.
