If you had seen the documents, she wasn’t just asking for child care expenses. She also wanted me to pay in to her RESP for my daughter when I have already set up my own. She wanted other costs that she didn’t get either. You also don’t realize that I have paid for my portion of the daycare arrangement since Julie told the daycare that I don’t need care for my days, so a separate arrangement had to be worked out.
We came up with a proper consent order, and finalized it by the way. If you had been in court that day you wouldn’t be calling me a dead beat Dad. There were more guys trying to get out of paying for kids claiming false paternity, than anything I have ever seen before. I take my daughter half the time, pay for my own child care expenses, pay for her activities.
I am always there for my kids. When she got put in the hospital for mental issues, who was her first call to come get our daughter? Me. When she wanted help while in the hospital, who did she call? Me. When she needs anything, who is her first call? Me. Why? Because I have always been there for her.

Ok let’s talk fact.
Johnny died as a result of over dosing on pain killers and alcohol. The pain killers were from a batch he got for his Mother when she had an accident while visiting Texas.
When I first met Julie, I was not allowed to drive due to sustaining a concussion. I was being seen for post concussion syndrome as well as getting my regular medication when I met Julie at a hospital. She was just being discharged from the psych ward at the Royal Alex Hospital. I had severe vertigo during the syndrome and due to medications and my inability to focus properly, I was unable to drive. FACT.
Second, I have Grade 2 Astrocytoma. If you would like I can put you in touch with my Oncologist. While I was always a bigger man, the reason I have gain a lot of weight is due to a medication I am on called temozolomide that is also mixed with a steroid. Thus the reason it is in beta stages. Julie herself has been these pills where all my other pills are. So why would I be taking a drug if I didn’t have the affliction? FACT.
As for dropping the whole thing… I am only beginning. I have been lied about for 4 years. They want to tell people publicly that I never see my daughter and I am basically a dead beat Father. Or that I molested my Daughter; thus the reason I never get to see her. Or that my oldest son has done that. EDMONTON – Humiliating lies are spreading over the Internet about a Sherwood Park mom – and she says there’s nothing she can do to stop it.
“It’s all lies but it still hurts,” said Cristyne Glendinning, 22.
“This is disgusting.”
She’s verbally assaulted on thedirty.com, a website that allows people to anonymously cut down others in a public forum.
Many of the people being victimized on the site are named. Their photos often accompany the entries.
Glendinning said there’s no truth to the insults being hurled.
“I’ve been crying for three days about it,” she said.
“It’s just put me into a deep depression.”
The posting was uploaded to The Dirty last Feb. 25 and since discovering it, Glendinning said she’s had no luck getting officials to remove it, despite making repeated requests.
She suspects the false information was fed to The Dirty by a former friend with whom she had a falling out.
More frustrating, she said, is that nobody’s working to remove the gossip.
“There’s got to be something somebody could do about it.”
Toronto-based lawyer David Potts, who wrote a book called Cyberlibel, said penning insults online is much worse than scrawling it on bathroom stalls.
“This is a perpetual scarlet letter,” he said.
“It’s there forever.”
Those victimized by online bullies can take several steps legally to stop the abuse, he said.
Suing for libel is one option.
But it’s tough to go after U.S.-based sites – such as The Dirty – since U.S. laws give websites the freedom to post whatever they like, as long as site owners aren’t making the comments themselves.
However, victims can sue the posters who are spreading defamatory information about them, as long as those bullies live in Canada.
And even if those meanies are posting anonymously, they can still be busted, Potts said.
“The anonymity is not as great as people think,” he said.
“There’s lots of tracking systems.”
The Dirty did not respond to interview requests.
Its site acknowledges it contains rumours, speculation, and opinions.
“Postings may contain erroneous or inaccurate information,” it says.
“The owner of this site does not ensure the accuracy of any content.”
