The guy before Obama squandered all time record surpluses by cutting taxes on the highest earners in the country and starting two wars that he didn’t have a plan to pay for. People should only be allowed to get welfare for 2 months. Welfare recipiants should not be allowed to vote. If you want welfare you should pass a drug test first. If you are on welfare you should not be able to have babies. If you can’t provide for them you can’t have them. You do not get more welfare money if you have more babies.
