THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik Here is Joe Browning. He is a local motorcycle dealer who has screwed over more people than I can count. Any time his name is mentioned people either laugh or lunge at you to try and [] you because he has done so many people wrong. He deserves to be locked up and in jail away from the good people of Austin, Texas. He starts a business and has to run away and start another in a different name because his customers get bent over. He has no license to sell motorcycles so he has to sucker others in to make them the dealer so he can continue to do business. Put this tool on blast please!!

Dealt with this person before and regret ever meeting him. Easily the most dishonest and flaky and downright scandalous individual I have ever met. Anyone who is able steer clear while you can!

Oh shit this guy is well known on the bike forums! I even almost dealt with him before a buddy of mine told me not to. Serves this douche right for screwing people over all the time.
I’ve heard many many stories of this crook taking advantage of people. He pops up under new dealership names from time to time.
What a jerk. He’s ripped off so many people, not just customers but also vendors, business partners, employees, and friends. He even cheats on his wife.
This guy has so many lawsuits against him its absurd. Never do any type of business with Joe Browning. He is the most screwed up person I have ever dealt with.
Beware this guy now operates from a company called Covenant Exchange Inc (CovEx) off of 620 and has a female partner he suckered into carrying the dealers license so he is still able to screw people over. Run away, far away.

WOW! I got ripped off for 3,500 by this guy ! I tried to go to Lakeway police to take action but they called it a “white collar” crime and since most was paid cash, there was no paper trail really. Long story short, I got screwed! Didn’t know he had screwed over so many others! Thanks for putting this a hole on blast he deserves it!
