THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik I would like to introduce you to Calgary’s biggest real estate thief Aggie Henry. I work with this little con artist to find a home in Calgary. She cared nothing about anyone but herself in and the money she would make from her commission. Aggie proceeded to sell me a home that was in her best interest certainly not mine. She didn’t care what she sold me as long as was making money. Real estate agents are know as sleazy and she is no exception. After I moved into my house I later found out that she even stole commissions from another real estate agent. If anyone in Calgary sees this agent – stay away!

I have experienced the same experience from this agent. It is sad to see how she takes care of her clients and acts only in the interest of money. I hope her broker gets a hold of the information and releases her. The amount of unethical practices and lack of professionalism is a large reflection on her brokerage and her colleges. I hope no one else has to experience such a negative experience as I did.
Real estate agents provide an utterly useless “service”. The one and only agent I ever worked with filled out three GD pieces of paper and managed to screw things up so badly I nearly lost a titled parking spot worth 20K. Two years later I sold the place on my own with no issues whatsoever. All these sleazy losers need to accept what they are: OBSOLETE. Go get a real, honest job and stop sucking money out of the rest of us.
