The girl was walking across the street and then out of no where he turns around and hits her like that. That officer is definitely a woman hating prick and should be fired from his job right away.

This happened this past weekend in Philly @ The PR day parade
you can see someone behind her threw the liquid in their cup and he thought it was her.
Doesn’t give him a right to strike her!
It’s worse, where are the race riots, a Black cop beating a white woman!?
This plays as to why a majority of Black American males prefer white woman, attempting to impugn slave guilt, stickin’ it to the man. Also why Barack is President.
And ofcourse he’s a higher rank than the other officers because the station gets benefits for helping “minorities”, cause it’s so hard for them.
It’s wrong for any man to hit a woman.
Nothing will happen to him, he’s protected by the race card. If it were a white cop bitch slapping a black chick, then it would be the number 1 story on every news outlet and the everyone would be calling for his head.

You can see her going up behind the police and pushing them or something and then walking away right before he smacks her down and arrests her.

At the beginning of the video, you can see her spraying aerosol confetti on the police crew. …shortly after someone from the sidelines tosses water, as well, on the police crew. It gets the girl’s attention as she turns her head and walks away. Then Bam!!! When she gets up she’s sipping Bacardi in Ponce.

THIS IS WHAT A POLICE STATE LOOKS LIKE, FOLKS! Wake the f***k up. When one person’s rights gets violated, everyone’s rights get violated. It is never a police officer’s job to punch someone in the face. If someone is resisting arrest, they may use necessary means to restrain them, but never to punch someone in the face first and then ask questions. Cops are crooked everywhere and until every citizen takes a stand against this very typical type of police brutality, thing’s are only going to get worse for us citizens. They’re filling jails with petty “criminals”. Even people who merely have a small amount of cannabis on them. Why? Because the more people behind bars, the easier it is to control society. As long as people aren’t taking a stand against police brutality, the worse it’s going to get. A majority of the police force is corrupt. I hate when people say it’s only a few bad seeds. If it were only a few, then they’re be enough good cops out there to prevent police abuse and corruption. But because a majority are corrupt and there’s really only a small handful of good guys, they don’t have a voice to speak up and they certainly don’t have the support of their corrupt force. So don’t be fooled. There’s way too many bad cops and too few good ones out there. This country has never needed a revolution so badly.

LEFT SIDE = Someone tosses liquid & it lands on the girl & about 6 Officers.
Girl & the 6 Officers all turn around at the sametime to see where the liquid came from.
Officer’s saw the girl, thought she did it & pounced on her.
Correction, beginning of tape: girl is hopping around holding water bottle in right hand and tossing nothing. Her left arm is waving about empty handed. Regardless, a cop’s job is to question and arrest and to not use excessive force unless deemed necessary. Needlessly punching someone in the face is NOT IN THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION! Only coward cops do that and only dirt bag cops would defend them for that.
I was in there. She did NOTHING to warrant that. No excuse. The police in this town are on their last nerve all the time because they are getting shot every other day. Still this was TOTALLY uncalled for.
In Seattle, they just shoot you. Or flying tackle you. My (now ex) BF was flying tackled by a cop, shoved face-first into the pavement, his nose broken…for jaywalking. Same cop slammed a guy into a brick wall and is now brain damaged for life. Friend’s brother was basically shot for being a homeless Native American in a city that says it’s so open-minded and accepting, which is BULLSHIT.
If any of you have ever partied in City Center on a weekend, this video is child’s play.
You know, when I see a large group of police, I always try to get as close as I can to the action…fcking dumb broad is lucky to still be alive.
