Scientology Is Killing Rehab Patients At Narcanon

THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, The “church” of Scientology runs drug rehab centers around the world with their flagship being Narcoanon-Arrowhead in Oklahoma. There have been seven patient deaths since 2005, three of which occurred in the last nine months. The Scientologist staff waited for several hours before calling an ambulance for one guy who died in his room. They said he snuck drugs in and OD’ed. When in reality he died from their unsafe routines of large amounts of Niacine supplements and up to 8 hours a day in a sauna. A young girl also died from health problems, but they say she OD’ed on smuggled drugs. I wonder if the delay for the guy was so they can inject him with drugs so any autopsy would clear them of wrongdoing? Anyway Nik, you should step into the big leagues and take on the church of Scientology and their cover-up at Narcanon and history of intimidation of anyone who criticizes them.
Scientologists don’t value life. I feel like the entire religion is a vanity pyramid scheme.- nik

I usually don’t bash but this religion and this people r wack jobs who should live in institution
you forgot about johnny lewis. his belief in “no medications” is prob what caused his killing of his land lady, her cat and poss committing suicide.
I work for a law firm representing one of the victims of the horrid practices of this facility. We recently won a big battle in our case against Narcanon. They now HAVE to give us employee files pertaining to this case. Many of their employees are prior patients, so the facility is filled with VERY recent addicts helping treat at severly at risk patients. The hole place is severely corrupt and we’re fighting to bring them down. It’s a SICK establishment, thank you for posting this, Nick. Your site will give the antics of this place more publicity than we could have ever hoped for. We’re fighting for a girl who is now in a permanent vegatative state because of this people. It’s so sad. They need to be closed ASAP because there’s no telling how much more damage they’ll be allowed to do if they aren’t.
Amazing. Thanks OP for something really dirty!
Don’t you mean, “The whole place” and, “because of these people”? Are you sure you passed the bar?
Snoggins, reading comprehension, heard of it?
Works FOR a law firm. If you’re going to point out mistakes, read the freaking post. Miserable ass poster.
Ask the “law firm” that you work for WHY they don’t go after AA and all of it’s underlings…
Answer: Because there is NO MONEY in it. What the Scatologists do is NO DIFFERENT than what AA does, BESIDES THE FACT that it is NOT “court appointed” and that they are NOT in bed with THE STATE.
Don’t get me wrong, I can’t STAND NarcOnon, but what NarcAnon does is STATE AND FEDERALLY SANCTIONED.
Holy crap. This is the most intelligent comment I have ever hear Nik make.
Nik is a smart man. What is NOT SMART is that he hasn’t gone after AA *SAME AS NARCONON* in the same manner (at least I haven’t seen it, could be WRONG)
BING THE SHIT OUT OF orange papers to see what I mean.
I can’t even wrap my head around that comment nik. Meaning perhaps whoever can get the most idiots to believe that Crap is top dog. Im pulling straws here. Man, this civilization is doomed.
God, people are so dumb. You cannot inject anything into a dead body. There’s no heart beat to pump the substance through the body. Idiot.
yeah because god knows there is no way to artificially move something through the blood stream :/
Ok I had to do it!!!!!!!!!!! @ opinionatedwon
So you work for a law firm and you cannot use the word hole properly? It is “whole” not hole for the record. This dude said the hole place is … ROLMAO Time for you to go back to law school buddy. And as nik says scientology is for the gays.
“internet guru”, you should talk. It was probably an accident and he doesn’t really believe his mistakes are correct. When you type something really fast, you will probably make a few mistakes. Don’t be so quick to judge someone just because they are a lawyer.
Oh, and learn to use a fcking PERIOD. You need to brush up on your grammar and punctuation as well. I love how the idiots are always the first to point out the mistakes of others.
Worst rehab ever!!! My cousin was the male who died. Overdose has not been the results from the autopsy. The staff are previous addicts themselves… No medical personel! That is ridiculous… Some of those addicts need medical help. My cousin called my aunt stating that sneaking drugs and having sex were 2 of the easiest things to do at this rehab. Unfortunately, ny cousin has been in and out of rehabs and they were by far more on lock down than Narconon! Such a sad story for someone who for once was more serious and committed to changing his life this go ’round. RIP Gabe
Basically a bunch of overly confused Trekkies with a hungray hungray hole hunting habit and a tax cut.
*I’m not JUDGING you, I’m making an OBSERVATION*
Apparently the investigation got turned back over to the local Sheriff. No doubt Scientology will use their usual “dirt finding” tactics to make the sheriff think twice about uncovering the crimes.
This is their flagship rehab, and Miscavvige will NOT let it get a black eye, he will do what it takes for these deaths to disappear. Hardly any coverage of this story in local and state media.
Nik, if you want more info on this, let me know. I’ve got the court docs and all the media docs on hand.
Send Nik the info. Scientology people have really suppressed this story in oklahoma media
Here is a link to a news cast in 1989 from a Tulsa station. Narconon was putting in a new rehab place on indian land. When the reporter went to $scientology’s LA headquarters he was accused of being a “criminal reporter” who is on the side of drugs and drug dealers.
They called his station and promised to “have his job”, no doubt through thier practice of finding dirt on someone and ruining them.

This is nothing new. People have known this for years, but so few people have access to what it takes to fight them. Even if they do, there’s always a hush clause in the settlement. It’s so scary that shit like this exists.
Amen Nik.

The Twelve Steps, Interpreted
by A. Orange
1. We admitted we were powerless over alcohol, that our lives had become unmanageable.
Right here, right at the start, is a giant problem. I am not powerless over alcohol, not even close. I have almost perfect control over alcohol. I can drink it or not, I can let it sit on the table and look at it, and I might even be able to juggle it. I can also drink enough to kill myself. My choice.
The second half of that sentence says that my life is “unmanageable”. Ummm, no, that isn’t quite right. If I drink alcohol, my life becomes a disorganized mess — I drink too much alcohol, and I get more or less addicted to it, and I get very sick and can’t work, and I get behind on the rent, and the utility companies turn everything off, and I starve, but I still wouldn’t say that my life was “unmanageable” because I was “powerless” over alcohol.
Step One might be halfways true if it said that us alcoholics couldn’t manage our lives very well while drinking alcohol. And Step One might be true if it said that it was ultimately impossible for us to continue drinking alcohol and still have a happy life. But that isn’t what Step One says.
Bill Wilson’s statement that alcoholics are powerless over alcohol was just his translation of Dr. Frank Nathan Daniel Buchman’s strange Oxford Group religious doctrine that we have all been “defeated by sin” and are powerless over it (so the only remedy is to “surrender ourselves to God-control” and have God “guide” us like so many little puppets).
Bill Wilson wrote that alcoholics are so powerless over alcohol that they simply can’t help but take a drink and go on a binge now and then, so only A.A. and its “Higher Power” can save the alcoholic from Demon Rum. In the Big Book, Bill had one alcoholic saying this after a binge:
“I now remembered what my alcoholic friends [Bill Wilson and Doctor Robert Smith] had told me, how they had prophesied that if I had an alcoholic mind, the time and place would come — I would drink again. They had said that though I did raise a defense, it would one day give way before some trivial reason for having a drink. Well, just that did happen and more, for what I had learned of alcoholism did not occur to me at all. I knew from that moment that I had an alcoholic mind. I saw that will power and self-knowledge would not help in those strange mental blank spots. I had never been able to understand people who said that a problem had them hopelessly defeated. I knew then. It was a crushing blow.”
The Big Book, 3rd Edition, William G. Wilson, Chapter 3, More About Alcoholism, pages 41-42.
And Bill Wilson drove the point home:
Once more: The alcoholic at certain times has no effective mental defense against the first drink. Except in a few rare cases, neither he nor any other human being can provide such a defense. His defense must come from a Higher Power.
The Big Book, 3rd Edition, William G. Wilson, Chapter 3, More About Alcoholism, page 43.
So you are just helpless — powerless — when it comes to quitting drinking by yourself. You just can’t resist the temptation of that first drink.
Bill Wilson’s dogma is contradictory. He declared that alcoholics cause their own problems — “After all, our problems were of our own making. Bottles were only a symbol” — and then Bill declared that alcoholics were powerless to save themselves — that they couldn’t change their own behavior and recover by their own efforts, not even to save their own lives.
So you are very powerful and in control of your life and responsible for your actions when it comes to drinking and creating your own problems (so you should feel guilty),
but you are “powerless” and unable to control your behavior when it comes to not drinking and not creating problems for yourself.
That is nonsense.
BING The Orange Papers for “the rest”…SCIENTOLOGY has merely MIRRORED AA. If the FEDS go after them, the entire house of cards will fall, so OF COURSE they begin with “The Press”, which of course is one of the US Government’s “weapon of mass distruction”.
NarcOnon is COMPETING w/ the US Government’s NarcAnon, and all HELL is breaking loose.
If L. Ron Hubbard has ANY LAST LAUGH, it will be THIS…
Rehab is serious and must be run by trained medical and theriputic staff. Research treatment centers to find the best fit so the addict has the best chance. Physicians, Psychiatrists, Nurses, Therapists, and yes, recovering addicts with a lot of clean time. A “church” based on space creatures sounds like something thought up by a high person and not a place to go to get clean & sober. I don’t like AA at all but I played along and I got clean & sober. Six years now but I stopped going to AA after 18 months. It was a mind numbing distraction that worked. Now I just don’t drink or use, no matter what! Shut that place down and make that cult pay taxes!
NarcOnon not narcAnon. Scientology is related to the one with the ‘O’ not ‘A.’ Definitely not to be confused with Nar-anon, the organization that helps friends & family members of addicts, so get it right, dumbasses.
