Once at the woman’s home in Delray Beach, the woman said Simmonds continued to argue. As she made him breakfast, Simmonds allegedly walked up to her, took a knife she was using and began to rub it back and forth on his hand saying “I love you so much, I would bleed for you,”according to the arrest report.
The woman said his actions scared her and, after they argued more, she asked him to leave. She said Simmonds pushed her onto the bed, held her down and began to choke her as she screamed for help. He spat in her face, said he was HIV positive and that “she should go and get herself checked out.”
