THE DIRTY ARMY: Hi Nik, just for the record I have no respect for you or your website. However this is the sort of dirty behaviour every american needs to be made aware of. I came across this video about police harassment and brutality that’s been circulating. It’s really disturbing that we live in a society where people are allowed to be terrorized by those whose duty is to SERVE & PROTECT. But all they serve and protect are each other. People need to wake up! When one person’s rights gets viloated, everyone’s rights get violated. No one really gives it a second thought until it happens to them. The less people do about crooked cops, the more they will continue to get away with. Prisons are being filled with people who smoke weed of all things, when they should be filled with real crimes only, like assault, robbery, MURDER. Wake up people, it’s because the more people they have behind bars, the easier it will be to control society. People often say ‘don’t judge an entire force based on a few bad apples’. But give me a break. If we were just talking about a few bad apples amongst a majority of good ones, there wouldn’t be the level of corruption that existsrizing this poor guy and so people can see how cops without a warrant, can just bust into an unarmed person’s home ILLEGALLY.

Um all this video shows is a guy getting arrested. You have no idea what the back story is and there is no brutality what so ever, we have no idea how long the cops have been standing outside telling him to turn himself in. You can clearly see that this guy is a danger to himself I mean hell do you SEE the bloody handprints on the window?!?! The guy probably went 5150 and the cops are the poor guys that have to deal with him. So what are they sposed to do wait for him to off himself then send in the body bag? The guy opened his front door to find a prick ex cop beating his girlfriend and then that cop punched this guy in the face just for opening his door. When the guy called the cops, they arrested HIM instead of the piece of shit ex cop. Then they beat him, ruptured his spleen and continued terrorizing him because he’s sharing his experience. That’s what more people need to do, document, record and tell everyone about their POLICE BRUTALITY experiences. People have no idea how shady cops are. 100% are CRIMINALS. People need to stop posting these videos claiming police brutality. The police have to protect themselves at all times. Post the videos of the police that do not take all the necessary precautions and walk up to a car on a routine traffic stop and get shot for no reason. A majority of these videos that are posted always have the so called victim not cooperating with the police. If they would just follow the orders that are given then they would not get their door busted in or thrown on the ground. Just cooperate and stop trying to argue with the police and these things will not happen. If you are told to come out of the house then DO IT. If you are told to put your hands up or to get on the ground then DO IT. You can talk to them after they make sure everything is safe and no one can get hurt. Stop trying to “Keep it real” all the time.
You’re a moron. To be arrested you have to commit a crime. To have your door kicked in, there needs to be a warrant. There was neither a crime nor warrant which makes the police the ones who are in violation of the law. This guy was beaten so badly by cops they ruptured his spleen. He was recording them and posting police brutality videos on youtube, thus the cops were PISSED that someone posted their criminal activities online. These cops are thug criminals that are above the law. What kind of person throws a guy on the ground with staples in his gut? The story is his neighbor, an ex-cop was beating his girlfriend brutally outside this dudes door. He tried to stop it and the ex-cop bust in his apartment and beat his ass. Dude called cops 3 times before any showed up, they never arrested the ex-cop.
When the cops finally showed up they refused medical treatment until this guy told them what happened. When dude turned off his phone a big cop immediately cuffed him then brutally punched him in the gut over and over breaking his ribs and rupturing his spleen. Once in the ambulance the medics told him “Don’t try to be a hero in this town” while pricking his veins with an IV over and over.
The night before this video a nice cop knocked on his door and warned him not to be home the next day cuz this was what was being planned.

I do agree that some police officers abuse power but in this case the man seems kind of unstable. the tone of his voice just tells you that something is wrong.

I remember the police handcuffing my brother at 9yrs old and dragging him home for something they thought he did (and till this day we have no idea what that something was). I remember the police kicking in my mom’s apartment and beating my unarmed older brother with their night sticks when he was about 16. I remember the police cracking my ribs and saying I fit the ID when I was only walking from the store doing nothing wrong. This video is nothing but a guy afraid out of his mind and yelling. Honestly, where I’m from, this would had been the cops being polite. Last cop story. I remember the cops pulling a friend I had to the side one day around the corner. I saw the guy 3 yrs later. He told me the cops asked him what was his kind doing on that side of town and that he doesn’t belong. 5 cops beat him and left him for dead. He spent an entire year in the hospital learning how to breath again. That’s police brutality. And it happens everyday where I’m from. Not this lil chucky cheese video. Sorry guys.
Ya that’s police brutality. But so is this. This sort of thing and what happened to you is the sort of thing that NEEDS TO STOP! Anyone and everyone should do what this guy did if they ever have the opportunity. That is, record EVERYTHING possible when possible. More and more people are finally coming out about this type of police brutatlity and worse types. The more who come out, the more people become aware.
The only people that claim police brutality or that hate the police are the ones that commit crimes. For all your cop haters I truly hope one day you are being beaten by 5 guys and a cop just walks by without helping.

I think they guy is just trying to make a quick buck by trying to sell this to a media outlet. Like he stated he only gets a check for $50 a month. He probably figured he could make alot of money by trying to sell this video. As you can see he has a cut on his shoulder and his stomach has staples. Obv. the cops were there before as they stated he never told them what he made per month. The bloody handprint and blood mark on the ceiling are fake. I don’t believe the cops are wrong in this. IF someone threatens to hurt themselves I want to say that the police have the right to arrest/capture/detain anyone who attemps to hurt themselves or others……
He never said he was going to hurt himself, pay attention. That scar on his abdomen is from the cops when he called them repeatedly to report an assault against his female neighbor by her ex cop boyfriend. He got beat by cops for being a good samaritan. They showed up at his home, you can see he’s unarmed and just wanting them to leave him alone. Anyone would be distraught in his position. Only a cop would defend these criminals and their actions.
Spleen removal incisions are made at the bottom of the sternum to about mid belly or along the diagonal of the floating ribs. That’s not a spleen removal scar unless he had a bum in an alley do it. Just sayin.
