Actually Bliz would have finished if not for his attitude..he passed every evolution..the proctor and most of the insturctors didnt like him. He was rolled back twice from third phase for an attitude adjustment and then finally dropped from training all together. If he had just kept his mouth shut and been more humble he wouldve made it no problem.. At the very least give the guy credit for making it through all the way to third phase twice..not many people, including retired or active duty seals can say that.
