THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, this is my first post – and while I don’t always like what is posted on your site – I completely agree with freedom of speech and definitely see the need for sites like yours… Now – I’m glad to have a place to post about this creepy old Air Force crazy cracker fart from Wichita… His name is Howard C. Hutchison but most people know him by just “Hutch”. He has been caught secretly video taping girls at restaurants, at WalMart, at IHOP, Old Chicago, at gas stations and more… he has this mini concealed camera that looks like a key-fob for your car – but it is a camera and video camera that he uses to perv on young ladies in the down-town district as they are on dates with their man – or on unsuspecting young female waitresses. He is seriously disturbed. He will video tape their chests and back side while talking to others around him – drop the camera below the table for a good view or hold it above a girls head to get a boob shot… He’s like 55 and completely lame. He claims to be a “philanthropist” teaching people about stocks – but all he does is try to get the easily manipulated girls to give him money to invest while video taping them for his own twisted illicit reasons… Look – pervs are pervs and will always be… but this twisted bastard is also filming old guys and people at political meetings – who knows what for – perhaps for black-mail… Wichitans need to be aware of this guy – he is a smooth talker, completely believable and perhaps the best con man I have ever seen. As an events booking company owner – I have seen a lot… this guy is bad news. If he ever comes around my place again I’ll have security kick his crunchy f’d up demented face out… and I’d hope everyone else would too… Girls – be warned… he pretends to have lots of cash and talks a good game – but he is just a sick old perv who has not had sex for a very long time and gets his jollies off on your image and videos… guys – look out for this creepy stalker… he might be filming your date… the dude is desperate for attention – I think he may act out on his obsessions one day and snatch someone… who knows – the cops say they can’t do anything because he is filming in public spaces… I’m sorry but that is harassment… its unwanted, unknown and just sick… if it was just a few shots now and then – sure that’s one thing – but this guy has hundreds of videos in many places going back years… a friend showed me the videos and I was disgusted – and I see a lot at night clubs in old town ever week… this takes the cake… Hutch – You’re not welcome around here you sick prick. Go get a membership to a porn site and stay the he! out of Old Town and away from my customers.

FYI – he was caught with hidden camera video of unsuspecting girls working out next to him in tights and skimpy outfits at Genesis Health Club.
Cops know about him now. Hey if this crusty guy is anywhere around you and you are a girl – believe me – you have something to worry about. Also – he does not talk to his adult daughter and does not know his grandchildren. We tracked them down via facebook links and saw their conversations.. and read that his own family has distanced themselves from him for fear of the unknown and his mental instability.
His family posted that he was diagnosed with schizophrenia – which apparently means he is unable to decipher right from wrong at times… that mixed with his creepy obsessive compulsive stalking-like behavior is really scary people! If I owned a health club or bar and saw him – I’d call the cops and have him escorted out. Husband and I stopped going to some of the places he posts about and others posted seeing him at for fear of what he might do… an ex-military guy with potentially uncontrollable sexually motivated deviant behavior is a recipe for disaster.
Why don’t these businesses tell him to leave and drop his membership after being told and shown videos by cops that he is filming within their establishment – like inside a personal PRIVATE member only gym where you expect some degree of privacy… Local businesses need to wise up – if word gets out they knowingly allowed this guy, a known ticking time bomb, to continue patronizing their business and something bad ever happens – those managers and owners could potentially be liable in some way… Its not worth the risk… So just do what his whole family and most who know his bad habits do – distance yourself.
