The hair looks really fried and dried. Like hay. Which makes the extensions stick out that much more since they are straight and smooth. She has premature wrinkling on the forehead, a wide nose and a butt-chin. Her +2s look like they can be shoved in her large nostrils because they are up so high, and probably has a really big refund gap if you look at her face-on.
She got the implants to counteract her average looks, but there is nothing she can do about her aging. The dry Vegas weather is only going to age her face more.
