Police are trying to find him after a teenage girl was knocked unconscious in an unprovoked attack in the street in Plaistow. It happened in the middle of the day on the High Street last week. The girl’s now been released from hospital. Anyone with information about this incident should contact detectives at the Newham Violent Crime Unit on 020 8217 5890, or alternatively contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. Probably one of the worst things i have ever seen. I think incarceration is not enough deterrent for some people from doing these despicable acts of violence. I think public canning-punishment and humiliation should be administered as well for crimes(see singapore), because doing the time is too easy for many and these degenerates deserve more punishment than they get.
