Tosh gets his money from his father, Steven Berman. Steve Berman was the largest producer and distributor of Marijuana on the entire east coast in the late 70s and early 80s. His father got mega busted, and was sentenced to 12 years probation (if I remember correctly). The govt seized a lot of his holdings and cash, but he had hidden some away in Mexico. His father lives there in a massive $9M mansion. They also own a lot of land and beach property in Cabo… most of if is in Tosh’s name, just in case his father gets in any kind of trouble again. Tosh has two younger half-brothers named Kaz and Seth. Their mother is a black woman in San Diego; she’s an addict and alcoholic. Tosh calls them “niglets” to their face.
