Definitely agree with you on the nose job, your nose is kind of in between wanting to be wide and wanting to be thin, so you could go either way. You have the potential to have a nice nose though in it’s own right (think Heath Ledger or Joseph Gordon Levitt. With work it would remind me of them.)
