THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, I have a super complaint I need to make and I think people will feel me on this. My girlfriend and I were going thru the Jack in the Box drive thru around 1PM for lunch yesterday. I’m half Irish half Italian and my girlfriend is from Argentina 100% full blood. She speaks Spanish most of the time and yesterday when we ordered food I politely said “gracias” in a 100% serious thank you to the Hispanic man working at Jack handing me my food. The dude flipped at me and threw the Dr. Pepper in my face and grabbed the curly fries and tried to huck them at my girlfriend. I sped off parked my car with my girl crying and ran into the store ready to fight this Mexican. The manager grabbed me and said he was going to call the cops. Unfortunately I had to storm out of there because I have a warrant for some other thing. My point is I wasn’t being racist and this idiot thought just because I was white I was making fun of his culture. DON’T EAT AT JACK! They hate white people!

There’s WAY more to this story than you’re telling, and just because the people at ONE place were “racist” (guess what, they probably weren’t, you were probably just a dickhead) doesn’t mean that the company is racist.

Is it just me, or do the burgers taste worse than before. They claimed to be making them in a new and better way. To me it just tasted like they added more pepper. I haven’t been back since trying the so called new and improved.
The extra “seasoning” does suck. You can order your burger without it.

If you have a problem call the number on your receipt. While it could have been misunderstood as disrespectful the employee has no right to do anything like and should be fired. the country is full of asshole customers and as an employee that’s something you deal with. The manager probably was trying to handle the situation because I’m sure poster overreacted quite a bit. If he handled it like an adult that employee would have most likely written up or fired. Theres no need to take a few bad seeds out on jack in the box because though the employee represents the company I doubt it would tolerate anything like that. I’m pretty sure it’s taped though so maybe have them pull them out and judge for themselves

Just want to ask Mexicans if I was being “rude.” I just had all of my flooring and walls painted by all Mexican crews. Only one guy spoke English. I pulled out my B- Spanish from high school out to try to thank these guys, and let them know they did a great job. It was horrible Spanish, but was I rude to try to say thank you with my craptastic Spanish?

Interesting, I was at the drive through the other day and there was this fabulous fay black man working the drive through and he was seriously amazing. He’s said “here is everything you wanted honey, and omg, is your shirt Givenchy?? See ya, and stay fabulous hun!” It was pretty cool witnessing that man at the drive through so maybe it was just that certain location. All off them are owned and managed by different people.
