Thus, one does not need to go to school to become or be called a makeup artist. That being said, I do realize that there are make-up schools for those who are interested in doing theatrical or movie make-up. Oh, and one last thing Deltona, Florida is not known for having what some would consider “upscale” quality people – so I am sure the Vegas lifestyle was quite appealing to these two girls.
