I’m sorry for sounding ignorant here but I am not from Zanesville……. I am having issues keeping up and understanding white trash speak. What does ratchet mean. I was alway under the assumption that a ratchet is a mechanical device that allows continuous linear or rotary motion in only one direction while preventing motion in the opposite direction. Or the urban dictonary describes a ratchet as, ” A diva, mostly from urban cities and ghettos, that has reason to believe she is every mans eye candy”. With that being said doesn’t sound like much of what the original discription of said individual is describing. I am surprised however that Zanesville has enough people on here to formulate cognitive thought let alone complete sentence structure.
