Ya ill tell you how it works. A manicure + pedicure is $35
The boss and the nail tech usually split it 6/4 and the nail tech keep the tip. 6 for the nail tech and 4 for the boss. Every week they get paid so let’s say a day they make 200 if you work 7 days week you average 1400 you divide that by 100 x 60= 840 a week X 4 that’s already 3,360 plus every week you average 200 in tips so that’s like 4,160 that’s only juring the fall and winter. When summer hits its like so packed 6000k+ depending how fast you are. Asian people are very scandalous. That’s how they get all the money to buy lv Gucci burberry etc…..
