THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, so a computer simulated 50,000 games between the 49ers and Ravens… and the winner came out to be 49ers 28-21. The 49ers are my team, so to me it sounds really good. Possibly the dumbest suggestion I’ve ever heard about the NFL. Like we need to see another 5 games of injuries. Hell, we might as well get rid of March Madness while we’re at it and re-do it with best 3 out of 5 for every matchup….it’d end in July.

I’m sorry but the Ravens are just not that good of a team. They’re good but they really don’t deserve to be in the Super Bowl right now. Kaepernick isnt a rookie! Second, Lewis, Suggs and Reed are old and over-rated. Niners defense is to fast and physical, Flacco will fall apart after the first quarter.The 49ers offensive line will wear down the ravens defense before half time.
The 9ner defense is too fast? Did you not see that secondary get burned like toast against Jones and White? Torrey smith is faster and a better jump ball receiver and Flacco can gun that ball. Niners all the way! Teams with a better defense stand a significant chance of winning than teams that rely more on offense. The Superbowl record for teams with a top 2 scoring defense is 16-5 (Niners being #2 in 2012, Raven being #12 in defense). They don’t stand a chance against us.
