Elvira Has The Perfect Nose
THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, I totally agree with you when it comes to getting your nose done before +2′s. I’m a 19 year old girl and in need of a nose job bad. I’m going to get that done and then work on the rest of my body. Elvira’s nose is perfect, the first pic is before she got it done and you can see the total improvement it did for her. I need some advice on when it comes to finding the right plastic surgeon. I don’t want just anybody messing with my face. How do I find the best doctor for my procedure? Any advice?

OP, you’re crazy/blind. To me, the nose job RUINED her face. She was incredible before, now her face looks about ten years older and long. Sad case of beautiful girl going overboard with the plastic.

Her nose is way prettier in the first pic…her nose is way longer and the tip almost drips in the below pictures…. shes a beautiful girl who needs to just stop going under the knife..shes going to end up looking like lion lady..
This girl is a prime example of when a person becomes addicted to plastic surgery. She didn’t know when to stop, wanted more and more, and now she is totally unrecognizable… And not in a good way. She doesn’t look like herself anymore, or anyone… She just looks like……. Michael Jackson.

Wow. I would ask for a refund. There’s no arch or roundness left. It’s just flat. She should of spent the money getting her sausage wallet tightened up and some of that loose roast beef removed.
There was nothing wrong with her old nose, it worked for her face. Now she has that ridiculously unnatural straight old French man looking nose.
OP, I’m 21 now, but i got my nose done my senior year of high school, so i was 17. I had a deviated septum so half the procedure was to fix that and then the other half was cosmetic. My doctor did a really good job, and he was an ENT, not just a plastic surgeon. I’ve told my friends at college that I got my nose done, and they couldn’t believe it, it looks so natural. I’m from long island so there are a lot of good doctors in my area, and it really pays off to do your research. If you know someone who has had one and you like it, ask them who did it etc. I also personally think its smart to go with a doctor who specializes in noses such as an ENT and not a plastic surgeon, of course that is just my opinion. I am really happy with my nose now but I’ve seen some really terrible nose jobs and let me tell you, it pays to do some extra research and even pay a bit more to make sure your face doesn’t suffer the consequences.

I think it’s super nice, but of course the people commenting allllll have the BEST noses, making you a the perfect judges, kinda’ like Nik. HA.
Surgeon went a little overboard building up her bridge and trying to make it aristocratic looking. I was VERY young and impulsive when the same thing happened to me – it’s very nice by itself, but it doesn’t necessarily flatter my face. Every face is different – do your research and avoid creepy doctors who all churn out the exact same “product”!

False. I’m a naturally beautiful girl and Elvira can never go back to that no matter what. From here on, she’ll just get more and more and ruin her face even more. I’d pick looking like me any day, whether you believe it or not.
