THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, former Upstate NY school teacher Cara Dickey, 34, is on the run from authorities after ripping off her ankle monitoring braclet, in an effort to prove her innocence and clear her name. Dickey was previously convicted of raping a 14 year old student in 2009. She had been on parole since Feb 2012, after serving three years of a four year prison sentence. Dickey is also a mother of three young children, but has now entered into a lesbian relationship of one year with a woman she met while in prison. The Buffalo, NY pair have been on the run since last Wednesday. Canadian authorities suspect she has fled the country over the US Peace Bridge.

I live near Buffalo NY and on the local news they are also saying they believe there Is a new victim. They think she may have been involved with a new underage boy and that’s what prompted her to run. She’s sick. I hope they catch her.

Was she a public school teacher? In my humble opinion, I think all public school teachers should have to undergo major psychological testing (MMPI for example) before being allowed to teach. I think that would weed out a few of the crazies.
Buffalo needs to get their shit together to make it harder for stuff like this to happen. I lived in Buffalo for a few years and during that time because I saw an image excape onto the roof of the holding cell downtown. I think three people managed to do that in the short time I lived there.
