Ok I never heard of this person before this site so I went to botdf website. He has all the signs of being a child molester, watch the first digital tour bus vid on his homepage. I love the question of the title. IT’S OBVIOUS why he’s not in prison. His fans from the “SLASH GASH TERROR CREW” stick up for him like he’s a god and will never do anything wrong. They harass victims who share their stories of what “Dahvie” has done to them (there are examples on the BOTDF Encyclopedia Dramatica page). They make the victim feel shitty/worthless. “Dahvie” also makes sure that victims do not come forward to authorities to get his clown ass arrested or put in prison for life. Also, the people around who see what happens don’t go to the authorities. Whether it’s from bribing them, the people around him don’t care (mainly Jay and others like him), or whatever else excuse there could be.
He’s disgusting and needs to be stopped before anymore girls are traumatized by his nastiness, sexual harassment, etc.

Dhavie and his former tour mates, New Years Day parted ways midtour because they spoke up to Dhavie being a sicko. Google Lady Nogrady as well, and there is more drama.
