THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, I’m considering getting rhinoplasty so I was looking at some before and afters and look who showed up on the second page! Ashkan Ghavami is one hell of a plastic surgeon, that’s for sure. It looks to me like this was from her second nose job. She’s done something else besides the obvious nose and lips. What do you think, Nik?

She looks great. I think she got her chin done. As a female, I’m not apposed to surgery. Not everyone is born beautiful. I applaud those who go under the knife. Now they can feel as beautiful as they know they should be

We put so much pressure on people to look a certain way that people like Joselyn spend a fortune to look this way and what has it gotten her, a few modeling gigs, likes on Instagram and a job at a coffee shop. I’m a chick and I think she looks great. She didn’t go overboard with her procedures, they look natural and really compliment her natural beauty. Those chicks that go overboard like the real housewives of Beverly hills just look scary!

i happen to think latinas are gorgeous they always win miss universe. Its there wide cheeck bones and almond shaped eyes that are beautiful. Also Brunettes in general age better than white blondes
I’m surprised no one else mentioned how her skin is about ten shades lighter in the after pic. Definitely goes a long way towards making her less ethnic looking. It really is like she’s trying to look asain, as a few have pointed out…
