I hung out with /dated mark for a bit ten+ years ago. He was a decent kid, his dad was a nice guy and his sister seemed fine. Family had been dealt some shitty blows and didn’t have much money, which makes life in that miserably cold & desperately stuck up city suck even harder.
People were always hard on him, I see (saw) him as a gentle guy and an easy target for insecure people to piss on. I don’t blame the guy for giving up and not giving a fuck about pleasing people or improving his station,
Mark, leave that crap city and move to southern Ontario or out west where people are more sociable and there aren’t so many pissy french people retarding it up.
