THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, I’m sure you heard how Charlie Sheen wrote out a check for 12K to cover the funeral expenses for the paparazzo that was killed when he was trying to take pictures of Justin Bieber. I love the fact how cool Charlie is about things, the guy is always busting out his check book and helping people out. But this one, I believe should have been covered by Justin himself. He is the reason the paparazzo is dead, if Justin wasn’t out getting super high, then the paparazzo would have never been chasing him to prove that Justin does get high.
