THE DIRTY ARMY: Watch Out for this Junkie, DRD, Thief….JESSICA PICARD. Everyone needs to know NOT TO TRUST THIS LOSER. Homeless, she stays in random places every night, basically anywhere with a roof where she can worm her way into. The areas you will see her are Ashtabula, Painesville, Orwell, Warren..etc. She only hangs out with people who have something that she wants. Most of the time it is drugs but also uses people for a place to stay. I tried to be a friend to her at one point because I felt bad. I didn’t know she was such a horrible person until she stole a TON of my stuff without me knowing! This piece of garbage is such a train wreck that she couldn’t even keep her only job as a STRIPPER!!! (@ Just Teazin in p-ville) Her own father hates her, and is real embarrassed by her. She does every drug, mostly her**n, but is poor as dirt so she bums it off gross men/ rips people off to get it. DON’T LET HER BORROW MONEY. Also she is so pathetic and addicted, she will inject water into her arm! Karma will get this DISGRACE TO MAN-KIND! Nik, look at her pictures… she thinks she is hot but is nasty as hell & aging horribly! She looks 40 but is only 22! Be careful everyone!
