THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, I don’t know where this video was shot, but it truly brought tears to my eyes. I have a little boy myself and couldn’t ever imagine making him get a tattoo while he is a toddler and actually force him down and keep him still while he is crying his eyes out. I think the language they are speaking in the video is some sort of Mexican, and since they have no laws over there, I’m not surprised by this. But it does make me sick to my stomach and wanted to see what you think about it?

This mother is Franny Trokerns and its an old video from 2011 and was shot in New York. the mother of this little girl was arrested after being reported to the police by the babysitter. Franny is reportedly a dancer and the baby in is video is 9 months old. The man tattooing the baby is Derreck Honsteads.
