My buddy works for Budweiser and helps them set up their annual regional tournaments.
Just have your boys start calling courses, pick a weekend, get your liquor permits, and you can rent party/event equipment from a local place. they’ll probably even help you set it up.
Even better, talk to a beer company about partial sponsorship, they may toss in a few kegs and some hot promo-girls.
His experience is that as long as you give them enough notice, most courses are happy to help with charity and company events. They may even give you a discount on green fees if they think you’ll drive enough golfers through the door.
