Lauren’s mother does not take care of her children. Lauren has a full time job, lives on her own and is fully responsible for the well being of her children. She’s not on welfare, pays her own rent, has insurance (not through the state so no one else is paying for it) and enjoys her life. She’s happy. Her children are healthy and love their mother – anyone who knows her well, knows that! We all have challenges in our life, its what we do to live up to those challenges that matter. For those of you who are so angry and bitter, maybe you could learn a thing or two.

I know Lauren but I don’t really know her personally but I have to say her actions are not okay. I’m usually not one to judge but to see people commenting saying its okay to go out, she’s a good mother, etc is disgusting. For all of those who like to judge and assume they know my story, you have absolutely no idea.
First of all, I AM A DAMN GOOD MOTHER AND MY CHILDREN LOVE ME TO DEATH.
Second of all, no one knows what goes on behind the scenes so before you open your mouth you should really consider knowing your facts. I can count on one hand the amount of times I have ever even asked my mother to babysit and if she has it wasn’t to go out and drink it would be to go rent a movie, go out to dinner, bowling, ect. The only time I go out is if my children are with their father…which is often because I understand that it is not their fault that mine and his marriage did not work and I would never want to blame them. When I am out my kids are asleep..prior to that..I work a full time job 9-5 that provides a salary income, health insurance, dental, vision, 5 payed sick days and two weeks payed vacation. I come home from working all day, make a home cooked meal for my family, where we all sit at the table (because no i do not live at home with my parents, in fact i have my own place) and enjoy a meal. Then I cleanup from dinner while my children play, put them in a bath, change them into their pajamas, watch rugrats, mickey mouse or toy story and then put them to bed. After all this is done, I then shower, get ready and go out. When I return home I am very quiet to make sure I do not wake them. In the morning no matter how early, as soon as they are up I am up. Saturday and Sunday I make a breakfast (pancakes, waffles, eggs, ect) which they LOVE. Also saturday mornings are my daughters gymnastics classes, which i wouldnt miss for the world. So I don’t know which “ex bestfriend” you get your information from but I would check your resources. I do not live in a trailer park either and neither do my parents. My mother is a VERY successful woman and I could say the exact same thing about my father.
All of you people see what you want to see and listen to the crap you want to listen too. I work my butt off and I make sure my kids have the best of everything.
As for the lesbian thing, I am completely straight for all you uptight people.
You miserable people will say whatever you want to make yourself feel better and try to belittle me but listen, nothing you say or do will change the person I am. The people who matter in life will tell me right from wrong. I am doing a damn good job at being a parent compared to a lot of people my age.
You guys joke about me being divorced like its not a serious thing. If a homewrecker never went out of her way to forcefully ruin my relationship Stephen and I would still be married. Its not funny to joke about something that has had a huge impact on my kids. But as for all of you facebook stalkers are aware Stephen and I have worked things out and I think he is an excellent father and him and I can do great things raising our children the way we do.
My daughter and son are very intelligent human beings. I work with them everyday to learn their letters, numbers and colors as well as manners. I brush their teeth, bathe and comb their hair. Also, IP addresses aren’t “attached to the computer I’m on” you fucking idiot. I can be on the same computer and have a different IP address. I can restart my router and modem and have a different IP address. The IP address is a result of the modem and internet provider — it has very little to do with actual geographic information.
