THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, so anyone who reads anything close to a blog about celebrities knows about the poor f*ck who lost his balance and fell into the path of an oncoming car on Sepulveda trying to get pictures of Justin Bieber token’. Well TMZ just paid blood money to someone to post this pic of Bieber clearly smokin’ weed. They paid for a pic of the caliber that cost a young man his life. As an American who spent time overseas, not on vacation, this represents everything wrong with our country. It was unfortunate enough that a person was willing to risk his life to make a buck. It is even worse that Harvey Levin, he’s a lawyer (lol), is willing to capitalize on this families misfortune by paying for and posting the kind of pic that killed a man, just to generate page views. I always knew TMZ was shameless, but their desire to break the story that killed Christopher Guerra should make Harvey question his own culpability in the matter.

This isn’t the photo the photographer was trying to get, he was chasing Justin’s car (which Justin actually wasn’t even driving at the time) and tragically crossed a busy freeway and ended up getting hit by a car. There should be stricter laws against the paparazzi because if he hadn’t been stalking who he thought was bieber and risking his own life for a photo then he would still be alive today.
No…if he wouldn’t have ran across the street, he’d still be alive!!

**ah re read that and realized the poster did in fact know this wasn’t the exact photo the photographer was trying to take when he passed away. I have to disagree though, I don’t think publishing this photo should be compared to that because this was clearly not taken by a paparazzi (although it is a violation of privacy which I also don’t think is right..) it must have been taken by someone at that party and then leaked to the press… Like I said there should be stricter laws against paparazzi stalking celebrities which would have saved this guys life.. But to say that Harvey Levin has blood on his hands for publishing this is ridiculous. The paparazzi should have to follow laws prohibiting them from putting themselves in compromising situations while chasing down celebs.
