If you get a blood test done it will show up. You don’t have to have an outbreak, it just makes much more obvious and easier for testing.

A LOT of STDs don’t show symptoms or are so mild people don’t notice, like AIDS, chlamydia, gonorrhea and sometimes syphilis (just to name a few).
