Actually no, that’s me. And I’m not a “faker” nor sucking it in. I go to the gym everyday and am actually quite skinny. obviously over the muscle… if you get implants under the muscle, the muscle stretches out and becomes useless and no matter how hard you try to work out your upper body, you don’t get results. over the muscle with silicone is the best way to go.
