I Think I Got A Bad Nose Job
THE DIRTY ARMY: Hi Nik, I had a nose job a few months ago and I hate it. Everyone says its just swelling. Since you recommend so many people to get them, do you know how long the results start to settle in? Do you know of girls who looked kinda like they had a ball on the end of their nose after, that eventually went down? I appreciate any comments, I’m pretty sad and feel like I made my appearance is worse than it was before. Maybe someone will be honest with me. (The picture is not me).
It usually takes 3 months before your new nose will be accepted by the general public.- nik

that pic is Amanda LePore and shes fabulous!
u dont say!!!
omg nik i just saw the video of you & the patron bottle & that is absolutely insane!! please don’t ever do that again!!
See this is exactly why i havent touched my nose. I would never forgive myself if it came out bad.. Granted i’ll never kno if it wouldve been perfect, but the risk of ruining my looks is so not worth the gamble
Too bad so sad?
Did you get a nose job because nik said to?
These sound like questions you should ask your doctor wtf! Instead of calling the guy who sliced ur face u get on the comp and type up some bs and sumbit it to nik? You freaking weirdo.
IS THIS A BEAUTY ADVICE WEBSITE NOW NIK?!??????!!!
You”re so beautiful. Don’t be so hard on yourself.
don’t worry girl, it can take up to six months and then it’ll totally be worth it. My sister got hers done and at first I thought she made the biggest mistake of her life because she was beautiful without it but it turned out to be better than we thought! I am not big on plastic surgery but a nose is understandable and if anything it’ll enhance your features! give it time, it’ll settle in. good luck !
dumb dumb dumb
Nik, it’s like a bad hair cut but instead of 2 weeks its two months not 3.
wonder if the lady on the picture thinks she looks good..
I had a nose job almost a year ago. I would say realistically, in 6 months you will have a good idea of what it will look like. In 8-9 it should be 95% done healing. Just remember that under a year of swelling is worth looking more beautiful for the rest of your life! I love my new nose.
It’s actually takes about a year to fully finish swelling and get to where it is meant to be. That “ball” you’re talking about could be in early stages of Pollybeak. Most females with change their hair color for awhile so the attention is directed towards their nose. I would recommend that in your case.
It takes a year for it to get in shape, its normal to be swelling and like crooked for least 6 months. I had it done also.
Don’t worry. Its takes awhile for for the swelling goes down. I felt the same way when I got my +2′s. When I first looked at them, I freaked out & though I fucked up by getting them. It took months for the swelling to go down & my +2′s looked nice and natural months after. Its okay. Don’t be scared. You’ll look fantastic for the summer!!
depends how much the dr. had to break and restructure….. when i woke up from my rhinoplasty… my nose was barely swollen. my nose looked fine only after like 2 or 3 days… no swelling or anything…. but i went to a really good doctor…. My advice for all is this….. if you are getting work done…. go to a dr. that only does that type of work….i had the choice of going to a dr. that only cost 3500 but he did breast, lipo, and rhino,… or a dr. that cost 6500 but all he did was rhino… and i havent been happier
I was scrolling down this page, saw this photo, and had a panic attack.
Thanks Nik!!
hi hun i had my nose done about 3 years ago usually when u start out with a skinny nose that just has a bump and is large u get a swollen bump on the end i had to have a second procedure that is called a liquid nose job its very in expensive and they basically put acid inside of ur nose that eats the cartalidge away it helps alot ur dr might even be able to do it for u for free it bascilly makes ur nose soft again that way u can mold it
hope this helps xoxo
Shayne looks great!
Relax a little. If you think you went to a good doctor, everything should be ok. I actually had my rhinoplasty done first when 17 years old and went to the doctor because he was the cheapest. Have me a Pollybeak so when I turned 20 years old I got a second nose job to fix that mistake. It’s been a little over a year now and my nose is still changing….for the better! Hang in there! Most swelling goes down within the first 6 no the but I know one guys that took a pic of year 1 and 3 post op and they look so different. Just be patient.
the total package,drd’s included
Can anyone recommend a good plastic surgeon for rhinoplasty in SoCal? Thanks
Dr Raj Kanodia, he’s the best, you will pay a lot of money, but you wont have to worry about your nose not looking amazing.
Dr Simoni! I just had my nose done a little over a month ago wth him and even though it is still swollen a little I love my new nose. I did research forever to find the best dr and Dr Simoni had the most consistant portfolio with perfect work, good recomendations, and the best schooling and experience. Best descion I made going to him.
My NJ took a full year to look normal. Make sure u avoid wearing sunglasses and only sneeze through your mouth
Ball at the end is not a good sign! My friend has had 3 nose jobs since her first because of the ball at the end of the nose that you describe. I suggest you go to another plastic surgeon and get a consultation. Don’t go back to the one who you got it done by.
the ball at the end of the nose is swelling trust me everyone has two little balls on the tip of their nose…its basically swollen into one huge one but will shrink back down into a more defined nose. everyone is different and thicker skinned individuals take longer to heal. massage your nose to help loosen and soften it up and to prevent and scar tissue to harden in there.
its a patience game….just wait it out, it sucks to have to wait to see whether or not you like it but i cant really do anything about it anyways, revision surgery can be done after full healing of the first one which is a year. so all you can do is wait and see and youll probably see results in about 6-7.
some alternatives though are fillers to shape it if your not happy with the first nose job until you book your second …but i think youll like your nose when its finished healing.
take antinflamatories like advil, ice your nose down and tape it everynight, sleep elevated to help swelling go down …
there are also electromagnetic patches you can buy to help swelling go down!
look up on google theres lots of stuff you can take to help speed it up
hope this helps
Sorry to hear that. You should know after 2 months (even if there is still some swelling) if it’s a good nose job.
If you are looking for a good rhinoplasty surgeon in Scottsdale go to Dr. Shapiro. He is the best in AZ for any facial procedure. He is not cheap but I think he’s worth it…it’s your face we’re talking about here!!
Hey has Nik gotten a nose job? He claims that everyone is so ugly in his eyes maybe he should look in the mirror and stop being such a self-righteous, delusional, entitled douchebag. I hope he falls off the edge of the Grand Canyon or rolls over on a gun.
hahaha burn in hell nik
probably part of the illuminatti
