She then fled from the scene, and her car was found the next day less than a mile away. The case is under scrutiny because she is from a prominent California political family, and she was an aide to Representative Wayne Christian at the Capitol. The trial is going on right now, and Gabby’s defense lawyers are trying to argue their way out of this, although her BMW windshield was found with clothing fibers from Griffin. She may be from California and think her money can get her out of this, but in Texas they are going to seek justice.
