For the record, that has nothing to do with the surgeon (re: the person who said, “you get what you pay for”) That’s capsular contracture and is her own body’s attempt to protect her from the foreign object. It happens in about 10% of all women with breast implants and if you’re prone to it, it’s difficult to keep ahead of it and additional surgeries are necessary. But she’s got it bad and I bet it’s painful because it’s painful to look at!
