I am glad JV quit though. At least he stood up for himself and has enough respect for himself to quit. Nik treats his “friends” like shit. I kinda like the idea of a female. A lot of on air personalities have a ‘news lady’ so to speak. Have a female guest host, test it out then see what the viewers/listeners think. Everyone loves a funny, raunchy female balancing things out a bit.

You need to first know whee to be professional and where to be a friend… then bring JV back you compliment each other well.
Listening to this clip was hysterical. As a female, listening to 2 guys talk about their feelings and how the one hurt the other, was painful at best. Nik, every relationship has boundaries. You had boundaries w/parents and you currently have them w/your wife, you will also have them w/your daughter. Running a site like this may blur those lines but you still have to come to terms that if a person tells you specifically what those boundaries are – it is expected that you adhere to them. It is not like J.V. said ‘you should have known’, he and Scooby confirmed that a line was drawn and communicated to you. You became irate at the fact you were not agreed with and talking louder doesn’t resolve it. I think J.V. provided a good explanation BUT it wasn’t what you wanted to hear. Keep him around…it’s good for you. Your life may be an open book but unless that is specificaly stated in contract form for this job, it should not be an expectation of staff.

you should totally bring jv back, hack doesn’t even compare to jv. hack is so douchey in a nerdy and insecure way, jv was more laid back and funny. i think you, scooby and jv is more dynamic together. when it’s you, scooby and hack the show doesn’t become as entertaining.
I cannot fathom why people would look up to Nik. He spouts untruths about psychology (my minor) to untruths about biology (my major – i.e his adorable story about smelling a female’s pee to check if she was healthy (in terms of lifestyle/diet)…if she didn’t drink that much water on that particular day, ate asparagus, garlic, etc. your pee can stink. It isn’t indicative of poor diet/infection all on its own. If you have an unhealthy diet but drink a LOT of water so your pee isn’t as concentrated, it may well not smell as much). There is nothing knowledgeable about this man.
In terms of psychology, its just continuous nonsense about “how you were raised”/”girls are like this and guys are like this”, etc. Please, do yourself a favor Nik: Read about the Minnesota twin studies (i.e how genetics play an extremely strong role in behavior). Read Steven Pinker’s ‘Blank Slate’. If you want to learn about actual sex differences between males and females, again – Steven Pinker’s ‘Blank Slate’.
