THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, something needs to be done about MTV and what are allowed to air on TV for children to see.  I’m going to try and make my story short as possible.  When I was 22, I married a 49 year old man.  And yes, I married him for money, we had a baby girl shorty right after.  Life was great, lived in a huge mansion, drove a nice Benz and traveled a lot.  When my baby was 11 years old, my husband divorced me to marry a 21 year old girl… I was not surprised, he left his other wife for me as well.  Since then, life has been misery, he won’t give us any money and since I don’t have a college degree I work 3 jobs, McDonalds, Burger King and at a tanning salon to make ends meat and keep my little one happy.  She has seen me break down numerous times when the cable is shut off, or when I can’t afford to keep the lights on.  2 weeks ago my 14 year old baby girl came home from school and I was on the couch crying because I can’t pay rent.  She looked at me in the eyes and said don’t worry mom we are going to be rich.  You will never have to work again.  I was super confused, I asked her how she plans on doing that?  And she dropped a bomb on me, she told me she is 4 1/2 months pregnant.  I freaked out and went crazy.  She explained to me that she got pregnant by a boy from her school who is also poor and how they plan on being on MTV’s Teen Mom… and that is the only reason she did that.  She said we can be rich like all the other girls on the show and life will be fine.  I can only blame MTV for doing this to my daughter and allowing her to think like that.  Seriously, I don’t think MTV realizes how many kids lives they have ruined with what they choose to air.

Isn’t working at McDonalds and Burger King a conflict of interest?- nik
